the hotel is in a unique location with everything within walking distance. the reception staff was very nice (i liked their friendliness and helpfulness). the hotel grounds are well maintained and beautiful. the hotel is close to the mall and burj khalifa (it's a quick walk).

Rasel ensured every item in the room was in its place. There was seriously not a single thing out of order. he stocked up on my favorite tea. it reminded me of a personal touch just for me. the room was super clean, and it smelled great. it also had that cosy vibe.
The restaurant was very crowded. The staff were very busy with other guests.

the room had an extra terrace. it also had unbelievable views of the lake, fountains and the burj khalifa. the sunset hits and the fountains start (it's quite the spectacle!). breakfast included a beautiful setting and great staff.
the in-room amenities felt basic. shampoo and shower gel quality could be improved. i expected more for a hotel in this category.

the hotel is close to everything needed. many restaurants are around the hotel, great if you do not want to eat at the hotel. the hotel also has magnificent views of the burj khalifa and an enchanting fountain show.

our room had a twin bed setup and a fountain view. we had an extra terrace space beyond the balcony area. this space provided unbelievable views of the lake, fountains and the iconic burj khalifa.
